Leaders of the Free World,
If you have not heard the news...Japan's former Prime Minister Isoroku Yamamoto is dead.
I will brief those who need to be briefed and let them know what information that our country has on it, I know in my heart no other country is responsible for this. So i don't come bringing anger and hate.
Our country mourns for him, the country of Japan will never be the same without the visionary leadership whether on or off the battlefield of Isoroku Yamamoto.
I, as the Prime Minister of Japan, invite you all to his funeral. We will discuss little. This will be a tribute to a great man, i stress that attendance will not be mandatory. You may come if you like. We will accommodate you.
Sincerely,
Prime Minister Nikorasu Eda

Comrade,
The people of the Soviet Union mourn Yamamoto's death. He was a good man and I personally respected him for his good intentions for the Japanese people.
I will attempt to make it to his funeral. May those who murdered such a good man face the wrath of justice.
As for you, my friend, I will do my sincerest efforts to ensure that no one causes problems with your tenure as Prime Minister.
-Sincereist regards Sergei Puskov
