While you are not being officially requested to enter the war;

Your assistance would be appreciated. It is recommended that you place your militarys on your highest alert levels, in the event that the French attempt something with your nations, as well.

The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics hereby honors its agreement to the United Kingdom and is declaring war uppon the Republic of France.

All rules and regulations of modern warfare will be observed during the duration of hostilties.

The Soviet Armed Forces have been mobilized and will commence full and unrestricted operations upon French Military units. French non-combatants will not be harmed and will be treated in accordance to all treaties regarding their treatment.

The Atlantic Fleet of the United States Navy will be put on Full Alert Status. While the United States does not wish to engage in hostilities with the French Govenment, we do realize we have an Obligation to our allies in the United Kingdom, a vote will go before congress next week wiether or not to go to war.
