President Ryan,

I'd like to congratulate you on your ascendency to such lofty office; it's unfortunate that it occured in such circumstances, but still, you have my congratulations.

I am writing to you today, in hopes of initiating talks on trade, both military and civilian, as well as proposing a mutual non-agression pact. Additionally, I would like to request a meeting; be it in London, or Washington, with you directly, to discuss the possiblity of formal treaties of Alliance.
