I am well and so is France. The people are very happy with the progress we made in during my visit. Paris welcomes you with open arms at your earliest convience. The people may even enjoy a parade to your arrival.

Prime Minister,
I would be delighted to come to Paris. I am free on the 16th of July to visit. I hope Paris is beautiful as they say it is, my wife Maria has always wanted to visit. Is it okay if I bring my good friend and trusted general Eurico Gaspar along? He has a fine collection of cigars, and I am sure he would enjoy sharing a few with us.
We have much to discuss Prime Minister, hopefully the 16th will work.

The 16th would be fine. The forecast is looking friendly so a parade should be in order. Cars will be arranged and people will be summoned. Also, do not worry about security. I will have the 3rd Army at our disposal.
As for you wife and the General of course they are welcome. Maybe our wifes can share a laugh or two at our expense while we roll over some more business style discussions.
