Yes, mister Prime Minister, you read it correctly. China has had a populist revolution and installed a new Emperor, Ti Mai Shu, and he has vowed to rid our ancestral lands of the accursed Japanese plague that currently defouls our resources. He implores those on the world stage, in the interest of co-operation, to assist in what ways they can and are willing, even if it is just to vocally condemn the reckless Japanese for their aggression. We are fighting back, and intend to re-enter the world stage as a true power, but we will most certainly not forget any who helped us and prayed for us in our hours of need. The emperor and his high staff at the office of the Black Dragon eagerly look forward to a response.
