How are things? My people tell me that you have recently taken control of France. The death of Prime Minister Mannette saddens me, but a breath of fresh air may be just what the French people are looking for.
Perhaps we could have a meeting here in Brazil to discuss business? I promise it won't take more than a day, and we will have you back to France to deal with your issues there. I could even come to France for a meeting.

I welcome you as the first foreign leader to contact me after coming into power. My people have odd ways of electing leaders sometimes, what can I say. I do wish to meet with you and a "home and away" sounds good. I think it will give us both a good feel for each other's stand point. Yes I do apologize. My departure was pushed back due to a major military overhaul. We had serveral things all in a mess. Then due to the weather the flight was all together cancelled.
