Most esteemed colleagues of war:
On behalf of our newly crowned Emperor, Ti Mai Shu, we formally extend an invitation to your military advisors to return to the training and observing role they were employing before being usurped by Japanese jealousy and American presence. The Emperor has assured us in the Chinese Imperial Army that they will be afforded full honours and given access to all pertinent phases of our research training and development as pertains to the mobilization of our war machine. The Emperor is not blind to global affairs and does not wish his people to suffer under inept rule. We eagerly await your reply.
signed by leave of the Emperor, Ti Mai Shu,
Chiang Kai-shek and command staff, Chinese Imperial Armed forces high command.

Sir,
I am honored and glad that you will allow German advisor's into China once more. I hope that we are able to reform the bound that we had before our friendship was distrusted by our previous commander. I have already ordered my staff to work up plans for the organization of the advisor's and also for the delivery of supplies to your nation. Please include a list of what is needed to help get your military organized.
Sincerely,

Most Esteemed German Military strategists:
We are most honored by the offer of material aid. As you certainly are aware, we are currently locked in conflict with the Brutal Japanese, who seek to overturn and subjugate our very homelands, to fuel their burning desire to turn the world to thier will. We of course are not going to allow that to happen, and have already mobilized several full divisions to push them back into the sea, as well as a guerilla campaign by people already inside Japanese held lands. Any materials of War that would assist in such an undertaking, such as heavy armor or warplanes, would be greatly appreciated. We lack in the way of air forces and Naval assets as of yet, but this is of secondary concern until we push the japanese out. Artillery and Anti-Air guns would augment our forces well once we get to the coast again, and allow us considerable defense against future incursions against chinese sovereignty. We trust in your ability to choose what types and sizes of machines to send yourself, and trust that you agree a unified china returned to a whole is a benefit to us both.
Emperor's High Command, penned by Chiang Kai-Shek
