Chancellor, Your attack on the Island of Sumatra is an unwarranted and unprovoked attack. The Japanese people as a whole feel that this is an outrageous attack on a country which is defenseless against the German Navy. This seems as a battle that is easily won by your country, which adds to the Anti-German sentiment already in my country.
I ask of you, in the spirit of humanity, Call off your attack on the poor people of the Dutch East Indiese Island of Sumatra.
I, as the Japanese People's Prime Minister, send this is the interest of the Japanese people. I have mixed feelings, I understand you have little materials as it is, and that is why you do this, but i don't believe that Indonesia is where you should be. The Japanese and the Germans have had our problems before and Ifor one do not want to take action against you but if you do not heed this telegram, the Japanese Navy is already in place to act.
I plea with you now for the sake of the world and numerous losses that will be sustained on both sides over an unprovoked attack that can be stopped now, Please, Cease your assault on the Island of Sumatra and return to Germany.
I await your response,
Isoroku Yamamoto

Prime Minister,
I would like to start off that I do not believe that this situation has anything to do with the Japanese Government. I would also like to inform you that my forces are moving into the Netherlands to assist the new government of Princess Juliana, daughter of Queen Wilhelmina in taking back the colonies of her country while her forces re-equip themselves. Once they are subdued and Dutch forces can arrive to take over guarding their people once more, I will pull out German forces.
I can put in you contact with the Princess and have her substantiate this, in fact I would be even willing to have a meeting between myself, you and her to discuss the situation. But I will not call of the attack at this time due to my promise to the Princess to help her get back the country that was brutally taken away from her and her family. My forces have orders not to engage other countries forces in the area, but if you attack without cause we will defend ourselves. I do not wish a war between us and as I said I am helping out another country take back what is theirs. Again this is not a concern for the people of Japan.
Peter Von Kruger Chancellor of Germany

Chancellor,
I see where you are originating from now. My country men in their Submarines are going to keep close watch on your forces. If i or any of my naval intelligence officers expect any sort of disastrous mistake in allowing you to "Assist" the princess of the country that you had marched on and destroyed, then i believe that the Japanese response will be faster than a Lighting Bolt.
You have been warned.
- Isoroku Yamamoto
