TO: All world leaders FM: General Secretary Sergei Puskov SUB: Gathering
Comrades,
I believe that the time is ripe for we, as world leaders, to gather for a formal event to mingle, exchange ideals, and perhaps make new friends.
I am planning to host this party in Lenningrad, at the former White Palace. It is my sincerist hope that you or a representative of your nation can attend. The Soviet Union would like to reintroduce ourselves to the world, and to allow other nations to reintroduce themselves to one another.
Please reply to me as soon as you can so that I may have the proper ammount of seating ready, as well as any other accomodations.
-Signed Sergei Puskov General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union

To: General Secretary Sergei Puskov From: Chancellor Peter von Kruger Subject: Gathering
Sergei,
I would be most honored to attend this dinner. It has been awhile sense we have met and I do believe that we have much to discuss. Would it be alright to have my wife attend as well? She loves these kind of events and it would give me time to spend time with her as well.
Sincerely,
Peter von Kruger

To: Honorable USSR envoys
From:New Imperial Government of China
Honorable Neighbors to the North,
Perhaps it is belated, but with our recent political shift and our continuing struggle against the Japanese, we were unable to sent envoy or reply sooner. If indeed there is still room at this table or this event has not gone down yet, Either our new Emperor himself, Ti Mai Shu, his exalted commander, Chiang Kai-Shek, or another suitable high level executive would be honored to attend, and explain our plight and our new plans for our country to the world. Relations between our nations has always been friendly, if not strong, and we still appreciate materials and help we have received and wish to return the favor at some point once our current situation on the mainland is resolved.
By direction from the office of the Emperor in conjunction of Imperial Chinese High Military Command.
