TO: King Baqir Zamir Amed III FM: Sergei Puskov SUB: A Word of Caution
Greetings Your Highness,
I know our two nations have not had much interaction, but there is a situation brewing in the Caspian States, which have recently broken away as a result of the war that was waged on the Soviet Union. Armenia and Azerbajian have begun to start conflict with one another, with Georgia being caught in the crossfire of their little conflict. German and Soviet forces may be forced to step in to end the conflict, and I wish to alert you of what may unfold north of your nation. It is not my intention to cause any trouble for the Kingdom of Iraq, or the Iraqi people. I will keep you appraised if the situation should warrent your attention, although I do not forsee any harm coming to your nation.
If you wish to discuss this any further, I am most certianly willing to do so.
-Signed Sergei Puskov General Secretary of the Communist Party

TO: Secretary Puskov FM: King Baqir Zamir Amed III SUB: A Word of Caution Secretary Puskov, Thank you for your word of warning, we will be sure to be on our toes during this ordeal. Although, with the British here we have very little to worry about. Should we encounter issues with either of those nations, we will let you know. We will also lock down our borders from the people of Armenia and Azerbajian, should we capture and high ranking figures trying to cross, we will send them directly to you. If you have any other concerns, they are always welcome. Perhaps I could head to the USSR and we could discuss other agreements as well. I am always looking for a new friend to trade with. Signed, الملك أحمد باقر زامير الثالث
