To: Chancellor Peter von Kruger From: General Secretary Sergei Puskov
Guten Tag, Herr Chancellor,
I was writing to ask if perhaps our forces could conduct some joint international training excersies. Perhaps, I could send elements from the Western Military District to participate. I feel it would increase readiness and allow us to become better aware of one anothers tactics.
And it was good to see you and your wife in Lenningrad, by the way.

Guten Tag, Comrade Puskov,
We would be honored to house these wargames with your Military. What type of wargame are you planning? As I can house them anywhere to help increase efficiency. And you and your lovely wife are more then welcome to visit as well, as I am sure Kayla would love seeing Maria again. So I await your reply.
Sincerely,
Peter von Kruger.

TO: Peter von Kruger FM: Sergei Puskov
Comrade,
I would like to conduct these trials in Western Germany, to get my men familiarized with terrian other than the ones found in the Soviet Union. They would be conducted with ground and air units, but I think the Soviet Navy should be left out of it.
And we would be delighted to stop in Berlin to see you. I believe that I can arrange the trip as soon as you are available. I have some things to discuss with you in the meantime, anyhow.
-Sergei

Sergei,
That sounds most pleasant. I am currently on my to England and after that to France thus I won't be back for a few days, but I do wish to see you and your family when I return. As for the war game, West Germany would be most excellent indeed sir. Please send some of your staff over and work out the plans with the German General Staff and we will get this moving.
Sincerely,
Peter von Kruger.
