TO: President Ryan FM: Presidente Rafael Cisneros SUB: Meeting
Mr. President,
I sent you a telegram a while back, and I am a bit confused as to why you have not yet responded. I am a calm man, but when a message is ignored completely by another leader, I do get a bit upset. I can understand if it was lost, or misplaced, all I ask is that you respond to this one.
On to business. I would like to arrange a meeting, either here in Brasil or possibly even in the US. I am currently writing to you from Saint-Laurent in the French Guiana. I am taking care of some matters here, and then heading home to Rio-de-Janeiro.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Signed, Presidente Rafael Cisneros

TO: Rafael Ciseros FROM: Allan Ryan
Mister President,
I'm terribly sorry, I've been back and forth between San Francisco and Washington with meetings. Needless to say, the telegram could probably be anywhere. I think it might turn up in a few days. A meeting sounds excellent, I can fly down to Brasilla sometime this week.
President Allan D. Ryan

Mr. President,
A meeting here would be perfect. If you could fly in on the 28th (OOC: Tomorrow) I will have a car waiting for you outside. You can come to my official office and we will discuss business. Thank you for your telegram, it is much appreciated.
